Sean Close - Projects Director

Sean has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and comes with a strong background and high reputation in Process Engineering.

Following his initial grounding in Process Engineering and gaining an excellent multi-discipline understanding, Sean’s career rapidly progressed into engineering and project management roles where his skills have been honed and effectively applied in all his achievements.

Sean’s experience and knowledge stretches across all project phases from conceptual engineering through to detailed design and implementation. Not forgetting his learning in detailed engineering and the real issues associated with Brownfield Engineering, Sean has spent the last 7 years specialising in conceptual and front end delivery, including the setting up and managing of specific study groups within major design contractors both in the UK and overseas.

As Projects Director, Sean brings a wealth of technical know-how, experience and leadership to ClerkMaxwell and its clients.
