ClerkMaxwell will deploy its integrated project management suite of our proposal database and OpenAir systems for all project management activities associated with project delivery. The web-based tools are instantly accessible from anywhere, for easy collaboration among authorised users and provide a single point project management solution with access to projects, resources, reporting and integration.

Planning

We use Primavera P6 for project planning activities. The planning and scheduling functionality enables users to manage the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closeout providing scheduling and resource control capabilities.

Document Management

Our document management system and procedures will be used for storing and managing all project documentation (Design, Vendor or 3rd party) and allow for full integration with client document management systems.

Cost Estimates

Established capital cost estimating software enables the creation of auditable capital cost estimates, applicable to all engineering phases and sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Cost control

We use the proposal database and OpenAir systems for control and reporting of man hour expenditure and engineering progress reporting.

ClerkMaxwell personnel, through their extensive knowledge of the supply chain market, can implement and manage a procurement strategy on your behalf. Prioritisation and  understanding of the risks associated with placement of orders for long lead items is essential in any development aspect of a project.
