ClerkMaxwell defines flow assurance boundaries to be from the sand phase to the export delivery, including the integration of topside controls into this assurance process.

We have extensive experience of performing both steady state and dynamic simulations for subsea pipelines and topside facilities, ensuring that flow assurance of your reservoir is integrated from downhole to export. This is an essential service in ensuring complete operability of your system; from cold start up, normal operation, slugging and hydrate control to depressurisation and shutdown under emergency conditions.

Steady State & Dynamic Process Simulations

ClerkMaxwell carries extensive experience in utilising process simulation packages, both steady state and dynamic as part of its industry services. An example of some proprietary software tools that are used are Hysys, PRO II, HTFS, OLGA, Pipesim, Flarenet, Flaresim, .plus others as required.
